  3. AWARD OF BID FOR SHEFFIELD DRIVE MAIN REPLACEMENT. (For Board action.) Note: Bid Opening will be at 1:00 p.m.. A staff report will be presented at the Board meeting.
  4. RATIFICATION OF 1998-1999 REVISED CCRB BUDGET. (For Board action.)
  5. CLOSED SESSION / CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR RELATIVE TO BUELL RESERVOIR PROPERTY PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.8.
  6. ADJOURNMENT.
