Depending upon the subject matter, the Board of Directors may be unable to respond at this time, or until the specific item is placed on the agenda at a future MWD Board meeting in accordance with the Ralph M. Brown Act.)

A) Public Meeting to Receive Public Comment on the Proposed Conservation Rates, and Changes to Service Charges and Meter Fees

1) PROPOSED ORDINANCE 90 ESTABLISHING DEFINITIONS AND CLASSIFICATIONS AND AMENDING DISTRICT ORDINANCE 82 (Consider for Adoption)

2) PROPOSED RESOLUTION No. 2047, ADOPTING WATER RATES AND SERVICE CHARGES (Consider for Adoption)

4. ADJOURNMENT
