  2. PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 1868 RELATIVE TO DISTRICT FEES AND CHARGES. (For public input.)
  3. PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF MONTECITO GROUNDWATER BASIN MANAGEMENT PLAN. (For public input and possible Board action)
  4. PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 1869 RELATIVE TO USE OF DISTRICT STATE WATER SUPPLY TO OFFSET ANY GROUNDWATER BASIN OVERDRAFT. (For public input.)
  5. PUBLIC FORUM. (Any member of the public may address and ask questions of the Board relating to any matter within the Board’s jurisdiction not on the agenda.)
  6. ADJOURNMENT.

Note: No action will be taken by the Board of Directors at this meeting on Items 2 or 4. The Board will only hear public testimony. A special Board meeting will be held at 3 p.m. on Monday, November 23, 1998, to consider any action on Items 2 or 4. The Board will receive public input on Item 3 on November 17, 1998, and consider approval of the plan.

and outside front wall at 3:00 p.m. on November 13, 1998.
