CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL

The meeting was called to order by President Abel at 2:00 p.m.
Those in attendance were:

Guests Present:	None

LEGAL MATTERS RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9 (a); conference with legal counsel–existing LITIGATION: ocean view estates homeowners association v montecito water district, ET. AL.; case no. 1067147 At 2:15 the Board recessed to closed session. President Abel reported that the Board discussed case No. 1067147, Ocean View Estates Homeowners Association v Montecito Water District, Et. Al., with Legal Counsel. No action was taken by the Board. The Board reconvened in open session at 3:30 p.m.	SECTION 12
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the MWD Board of Directors, the meeting was adjourned at 3:50 p.m.
