CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL

The meeting was called to order by President Abel at 8:05 p.m.

DISCUSSION ITEMS	SECTION 3
UPDATE ON CACHUMA WATER RIGHTS ISSUES A brief report on Cachuma Water Rights issues was presented by Mr. John Gray to update the Board of Directors. This was an informational item only, with no action required by the Board. REVIEW OF DRAFT MWD URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN UPDATE The draft MWD Urban Water Management Plan was presented by Mrs. Lynn Rodriguez to the Board of Directors for review and discussion. No action was taken by the Board on this item.

Manager Adjarian did not have items to report at this time.

There being no further business to come before the Board, President Abel adjourned the meeting at 12:50 p.m.
