CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, DETERMINATION OF QUORUM                                    

President Abel called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

Directors Present:

Directors Jan E. Abel, Sam Frye, and Larry Wilson

Directors Absent:

Richard Shaikewitz

Staff Present:

Bob Roebuck, General Manager

PUBLIC FORUM                                                                                                                            

There were no members of the public present who wished to speak on matters not on the agenda.

Candidate interviews for appointment of a new director

The Board interviewed four candidates for the vacant seat. No action was taken.

There was no report.

ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business to come before the MWD Board of Directors, the meeting was adjourned at 2:30 pm.
