CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL

The meeting was called to order by President Abel at 9:00 a.m.
Those in attendance were:

Directors Absent:	None
Staff Present:	Fred Adjarian, General Manager Evalyn Kerman, Business Manager Chip Wullbrandt, District Counsel Lois Werner, Secretary
Guests Present:	Norma Rosales, Carpinteria Valley Water District Sam Frye, Petan Co.

PUBLIC FORUM There were no members of the public present who wished to speak on items not on the agenda.	SECTION 2
Ordinances and Resolutions A. Board Workshop: Discussion of MWD Water Use Classification System The Board discussed the District’s water use classification system. No action was taken.	SECTION 8
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the MWD Board of Directors, the meeting was adjourned at 10:35 a.m.
