1.  CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, DETERMINATION OF QUORUM                               

President Drewry called the meeting to order at 11:00a.m.

Jan Abel, Robert W. Puddicombe, Larry Wilson, Robert Edmonston

Staff Present:

Robert L. Roebuck, General Manager; Evalyn Kerman, Business Manager

2.  PUBLIC FORUM 

No members of the public were present.

3.  Business & Finance                                                                                                          

A.                 Board Workshop: Draft MWD 2004-05 Budget

Mr. Roebuck and Ms. Kerman presented the draft 2004-05 Budget materials and answered Directors’ questions.

5.  ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business to come before the MWD Board of Directors, the meeting was adjourned at  1:10 p.m.
