1.  CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, DETERMINATION OF QUORUM

 

The public meeting convened at approximately 6:35.

 

Directors Present:

Jan E. Abel, Samuel Frye, W. Douglas Morgan, and Richard Shaikewitz

 

Directors Absent:

Larry Wilson

 

Staff Present:

Tom Mosby, General Manager

Toni Bailey, Business Manager

Karl Meier, Engineering Manager

Laura Menahen, Engineering Assistant

Lois Werner, Recording Secretary

 

Approximately 70 members of the public were present, 36 of whom chose to sign the attendance lists and 15 of whom addressed the Board.

 

2.  PUBLIC FORUM           

 

There were no members of the public present who wished to speak on items not on the agenda

 

3. Public Meeting                                                                                                                    

 

A.                 Water Supply and Demand and Proposed Conservation Rate Structure

President Shaikewitz briefly outlined the history of water supply in the District, and introduced Mr. Mosby.

Mr. Mosby gave a Power Point presentation on water supply and demand and the proposed conservation rate structure, then opened the meeting to public comment.
