1. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, DETERMINATION OF QUORUM

President Shaikewitz called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

None

Glen Hille, Principal Engineer, AECOM

Kate Rees, General Manager, COMB/CCRB

Robert Dunlap, Operations Supervisor, COMB

Charles Hamilton, General Manager, Carpinteria Valley Water District

Bob McDonald, Engineer, Carpinteria Valley Water District

Lauren Hansen, Director, Goleta Water District

2. PUBLIC FORUM

There were no members of the public present who wished to speak on any item not on the agenda.

3. Board Workshop: COMB Bond Issue

A. Presentation By Glen Hille, Chief Engineer, AECOM

The Board received a presentation by Mr. Hille and he, Ms Rees and Mr. Dunlap answered Directors’ questions

4. ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business to come before the MWD Board of Directors, the meeting was adjourned at 12:05 p.m.
