CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL

The meeting was called to order by President Abel at 9:00 a.m.

PUBLIC FORUM There were no members of the public present.	SECTION 2
Board of Directors A. Closed Session Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 RE: Personnel Matters — Interview & Consideration of General Manager Candidates The Board went into closed session at 9:02 a.m. When the Board returned to open session at 10:45 a.m., it was indicated that no reportable action had been taken; negotiations regarding appointment of a General Manager were continuing.	section 3
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 10:50 a.m.
