at 9:00 A.M. on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2003

CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL

The meeting was called to order by President Abel at 9:00 a.m.
Those in attendance were:

Guests Present:	None

PUBLIC FORUM There were no members of the public present to speak on items not on the agenda.	SECTION 2
Board of Directors A. APPOINTMENT OF DISTRICT GENERAL MANAGER It was moved by Director Drewry, seconded by Director Wilson, and unanimously carried to appoint Robert L. Roebuck as General Manager and Secretary for the Montecito Water District at a salary of $135,681 and pursuant to a letter agreement dated Friday, November 7, 2003.	section 3
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 2:10.m.
