1. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, DETERMINATION OF QUORUM

President Abel called the meeting to order at 8:31 a.m.

Directors Present:

President Jan E. Abel

Directors Samuel Frye, Douglas Morgan, Richard Shaikewitz and Larry Wilson.

Directors Absent:

None

Staff Present:

Bob Roebuck, General Manager

Tom Mosby, Engineering Manager

Toni Bailey, Business Manager

Alexis Nagle, Finance Specialist

Guests Present:

Roger Null, Kennedy Jenks Consultants

2. PUBLIC FORUM

There were no members of the public present who wished to speak on matters not on the agenda.

3. Board Workshop: Water Demand and Supply

(No action Was taken)

A. Review Action Items From October 23, 2007 Workshop

The Board reviewed the action items from the last workshop with staff.

B. Presentation by Roger Null — Discuss Customer Class Definitions and Rate Scenarios for FY 2008/09

Mr. Null presented his information on Class Definitions and Rate Scenarios and answered Directors’ questions. The Board and staff discussed the information which had been presented.

4. Date of Next Workshop

The Board determined that it is not necessary to schedule another workshop for the present.

5. ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business to come before the MWD Board of Directors, the meeting was adjourned at 12:59 pm.
