CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL

The meeting was called to order by President Abel at 9:04 p.m.
Those in attendance were:

Directors Present:	Directors Abel, Drewry, Puddicombe, Wilson
Directors Absent:	Director Edmonston
Staff Present:	Fred Adjarian, General Manager Evalyn Kerman, Business Manager Tom, Mosby, Engineering Manager Chip Wullbrandt, District Counsel Lois Werner, Secretary
Guests Present:	Norma Rosales, Carpinteria Valley Water District Sam Frye, Petan Co.

PUBLIC FORUM There were no members of the public present who wished to speak on items not on the agenda.	SECTION 2
Ordinances and RESOLUTIONS A. Board Workshop: Discussion of MWD Water Use Classification System The Board of Directors discussed possible changes to the MWD water use classification system as currently defined in Ordinance No. 82. Mr. Adjarian, Mr. Wullbrandt and Ms. Kerman answered Directors’ questions on this subject. No action was taken.	SECTION 8
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the MWD Board of Directors, the meeting was adjourned at 12:15 p.m.
