Sign up for the Direct
Payment Program to have your bills paid automatically from your
designated checking or savings account. Direct Payment is a FREE
service that allows you to have your recurring water bill paid
automatically from your checking or savings account. No checks, no
postage, no late payments, and no hassles. Direct Payment uses the
same network as direct deposit. By enrolling in this service, your
water bill is automatically paid by your bank or savings and loan on
the 20th of the month.

Mail your payment to us
in the envelope provided.

Drop off your payment at
our District office located in Montecito at 583 San Ysidro Road
(above East Valley Road, just before the fire station) during
regular business hours from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. A payment drop
slot is located in the front door of the District office for use
after hours; be sure to include your payment coupon and write your
account number on your check; no cash please. All payments after
5:00 p.m. or on a weekends or holidays will be credited on the next
regular business day.
