How to Make a Public Records Act Request. See below for more info and download the request form on this page.

Californians have a right under the California Public Records Act, the California Constitution, and the Governor's Executive Order S-03-06 to access public information from government agencies.

Once your request has been received, the district will respond within 10 days to determine whether the record or records you have requested are subject to disclosure under the Public Records Act; this period may be extended by the district for an additional 14 days. If the records you have requested are available, the records will be produced within a reasonable amount of time thereafter.
