Water Use Restrictions Updated
On Tuesday, MWD’s Board of Directors eliminated the prohibition on issuance of new water meters and brought water use restrictions up-to-date and consistent with the declared Stage 1 water shortage emergency and current water supply conditions.

Update on the 2/2/19 Storm: Good News
Field inspections were conducted today, no major damage was identified, and there are no impacts to water service reported.
Jameson Lake continues to gain elevation and is now less than 2′ from spill.
MWD Staff will continue to monitor all systems in preparation for more rain in the coming hours/days and will keep customers informed if there is any change in status. (You can follow us on Facebook, and on twitter @MontecitoWater)
New Directors & Desalination Update
New Directors Ken Coates, Cori Hayman, and Brian Goebel were sworn in on December 7 and join Floyd Wicks, President and Tobe Plough, Vice President on the five member Board that governs the District. Directors are elected by the public to serve four-year terms. Board Meetings are open to the public and are typically held on the fourth Tuesday of the month, now at a new time: 9:30 a.m. Please Note: Meeting Dates & Times are subject to change; check the online District Calendar for the most up-to-date schedule.
